Questions, answered
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial clock. The free plan has generous limits per section; when you reach one, everything you already added stays editable and exportable.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You can keep editing, ticking off and exporting everything that's there. Only adding more is paused until you upgrade — nothing is ever hidden, locked or deleted.
What happens when a wedding is over?
Archive it. It stays readable and exportable forever, becomes read-only, and no longer counts as one of your active weddings — so a Premium couple keeps their plan for free, and a planner frees a slot for the next client.
Do my collaborators need to pay?
No. Limits follow the wedding owner's plan. Your partner, family and planner join free with a link and get exactly the access you choose.
I'm a professional planner. Which plan?
Pro: 15 active weddings, capacity packs of 10 when you need more, templates, a planner view across every wedding, and hand-off to the couple. Your team members join each wedding free as collaborators.
What does Business add?
Volume (100 active weddings, 500 GB of storage), a signed data processing agreement, invoice billing, single sign-on and a named contact with a one-business-day response. We set it up with you by hand; write to us.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw for a full refund.
Does one plan work across devices?
Yes, when signed in to the same Bridewell account: iOS, Android and bridewell.io, plus macOS and visionOS. Apple account support requires app version 2.2; claim your App Store purchase in the app. Android is coming soon (currently in closed testing). Existing iCloud weddings must be moved by their owner to sync with the account.
Where is my data, and can I delete it?
In Cloudflare's EU region. You can delete your account yourself; deleted data is purged for good after 30 days. Data requests: privacy@bridewell.io.
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, taxes, receipts and refunds; the charge on your statement will show Paddle.
