When should hair and makeup start?
In this schedule, 6 h 30 min before the ceremony. That leaves time for getting-ready photos, a first look and photos with the wedding party. Skip the first look and you can start a little later.
How long does a wedding reception last?
Here the celebration runs 7 h 30 min from the end of the ceremony to the grand exit: cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, the first dance, cake cutting and dancing. If your venue closes earlier, shorten the dancing.
Can we share the schedule with our vendors?
