RSVP links for your guests

RSVP links let each household reply online, without an account. One private link per household; the answers — attending, meals, dietary needs — fill in your guest list as they come in.

Set up replies

  1. Open Guests and choose RSVP links.
  2. Switch on “Guests can reply online”.
  3. Choose what to ask: meal options, dietary needs, a postal address, plus-ones' names.
  4. Write a short message to your guests, and set the reply-by date in Settings.
  5. Create links for every household, then copy or share each one.

Turn on “Show the schedule” to show guests the timeline events you mark “Guests” — the ceremony and dinner times, for example.

What guests see

  • Your names, the date and the venue's name, your message, and the people in their own household — never other guests.
  • A reply for each person in the household, plus the questions you switched on.
  • Nothing is stored on their device, and the page isn't shown in search engines.

Follow up

  • Each link shows its status: not opened, opened or replied.
  • Replace a link if it went to the wrong person; the old one stops working at once.
  • Replies close after your reply-by date, and links stop working the day after the wedding.
  • Sending invitations and reminders by email from Bridewell is part of Premium; otherwise share the links however you like.

Questions, answered

Do guests need an account to reply?

No. The link is all they need. It works for the household it was made for, until you revoke it, replies close or the wedding has passed.

Can guests see who else is invited?

No. Each link shows only the guests of its own household, the couple's names, the date and the venue's name.

Can I change a reply myself?

Yes. Anyone who can edit guests can update a guest's reply in the list, for example after a phone call.

Replies without the chasing
