Planning together

Plan your wedding together

A wedding is planned by more than one person. Bridewell gives you one plan that you, your partner, your family and your planner work in together — each with the access you choose.

One plan, everyone on the same page

Checklist, guests, budget, vendors, the day's timeline, seating, notes, inspiration, shopping and registry live in one wedding. Whoever changes something, everyone sees it on their own device, and the activity feed shows who did what.

  • Split the work by area — one of you leads guests and invitations, the other vendors and money — and still see the whole picture.
  • Tick off tasks together: the checklist shows what is done and by whom.
  • Keep decisions in notes and inspiration instead of scattered chats.

Roles that fit real families

WhoA good role
Your partnerCo-owner: everything you can do.
Your plannerPlanner: edits every section; you decide whether they see amounts.
A parent helping with guestsEditor: works on the plan, the budget stays hidden.
Friends who want to follow alongViewer or Reader: they look, they don't change.

Every section can also be set by hand — hidden, can view, can edit — and money has its own switch. How to invite people.

Questions, answered

How should we split the wedding planning?

By area, not by task: one of you owns guests and invitations, the other vendors and the budget, and you review the checklist together once a week. Shared tools make that easy because neither of you has to report to the other.

Is it free for both of us?

Yes. The free plan includes sharing your wedding with 1 other person — usually your partner — who uses their own free account. Premium lets more people join.

Can our parents help without seeing the budget?

Yes. Invite them as Editor or Viewer and the budget stays hidden, or hide amounts from them individually.
