Guest list

The wedding guest list app you share

One guest list for both of you: households and plus-ones, sides and groups, addresses and dietary needs, replies and head counts — shared, and the same on iPhone, Mac and the web.

Everything about each guest, in one row

  • Households: the people on one invitation, with one RSVP link between them.
  • Party size and plus-ones, so you count chairs, not envelopes.
  • Side and group — family, friends, work — to balance the list and seat people later.
  • Email, phone and postal address for invitations and thank-you cards.
  • Meal choice, dietary needs and notes.

Head counts that add up

  • See at a glance who has replied, who is coming and who hasn't answered yet.
  • Totals by side and by reply, plus meal choices for the caterer.
  • Guests who said yes are the ones the seating chart needs to place.

Bring your list, take it with you

  • Import a CSV from a spreadsheet or another wedding app.
  • Export the list as PDF, Excel or CSV whenever you like — it's your data.
  • No list yet? Start with the free guest list template.

Shared, with the limits you set

Your partner edits the list with you. Family can help with addresses without seeing the budget, and a read-only invite never shows guests' details. How roles work.

The free plan holds 20 guests; Premium removes the cap. Compare plans.

Questions, answered

Can we both edit the guest list?

Yes. Each of you signs in with your own account and edits the same list; changes show on both your devices.

Can I print the guest list?

Yes. Export it as a PDF to print, or as Excel or CSV to work on it in a spreadsheet.

How do I count plus-ones?

Give each household its party size and allow a plus-one where you offer one. Bridewell counts both, so the totals match the chairs you need.
