When Zola is the better fit
If you want your registry, your wedding website and your planning in one US-based service, Zola is built for exactly that. Bridewell has no registry store and no wedding website — its Registry & Gifts section keeps track of gift ideas and who gave what.
When Bridewell is the better fit
- Plan together: one wedding shared with your partner, family and planner, with roles section by section.
- A private budget: amounts hidden from anyone you choose, enforced on the server.
- RSVP links per household: guests reply without an account; answers fill in your guest list.
- A seating chart that arranges itself: households stay together, “keep apart” is never broken.
- No vendor marketplace and no ads: the plan is the product.
You can also use both: a registry where your guests shop, and Bridewell for the plan itself.
Moving your plan over
Export your guest list as a spreadsheet, save it as CSV and import it into Bridewell. The checklist, budget and day-of timeline start from Bridewell's own templates, which you then adjust.
